Haight Ashbury Locations with Pilar (Accessible)

Known primarily for the 1967 Summer of Love this neighborhood (called "Hashbury" by Hunter S. Thompson) has been a place for the young and radical ever since the 1950s, when the Beatniks that could not afford North Beach started settling here.

This neighborhood has some of the brightest loveliest Victorian houses in the city and some of the best thrift shops as well.
