Beautiful giant rococo frame by Mildred Howard is intended to make you suddently realize the landscape you see through it it as a work of art. The plot twist is that it is actually two works of art - you're looking at Hillpoint Park by Jamie Philips with CMG Landscape Architecture and Walter Hood's Refrain.
